New: Scanning Feature Released!
We feel that there can be no better gift this Expendmas than one that eliminates even more expenses admin. Especially at a time when businesses are spending more than normal for that thing called Christmas.
With the help of our beta users and months of tweaking and polishing, we've now released our Document Scanner! So in full Expendmas spirit, we officially launched this highly sought after feature at our Christmas party.
Our document scanner is designed to be fast and easy to use. We built it to be a core part of our slick expense management platform, keeping scanned receipts and invoices in the same workflow as Expend card expenses, out-of-pocket claims and mileage claims.
So how does it our Document and Receipt Scanning work?
The new feature automatically scan documents and receipts in numerous formats - you simply upload and it identifies the key details and automatically inserts them. Once done, we'll then create a new expense claim for you, leaving you to categorise the expense and add any further details, such as unique job numbers or client references.
For those of you that just prefer to forward invoices and receipts for someone else to sort out, then you’re also in luck. Just send them to your own personalised Expend email address and our Expend Assistant will scan and set them up for you to review when you have time.
Admins can easily set up unique email addresses for members in the Settings > Members section.
So a big cheers for having admin free festive time.
